Hello all.
My name is Jens and on Last.fm I'm known as Jd_Jd_Jd, because upon creating a username I had absolutely no inspiration
. For this site I'll go with Jdx3 so you guys recognize me and because underscores were rejected upon registration

I'm a 29 years old music fan from the Bruges area (Belgium).
My musical taste is very extensive with a preference for:
- metal: (atmospheric/ambient) black metal, melodic death metal, gothic metal, female fronted metal, post-metal, heavy metal, power metal, viking metal, folk metal...
- rock: post-rock, hard rock, indie rock, classic rock, psychedelic rock, ...
- gothic: ebm, synth, ...
- other: 60s/70s/80s pop, singer-songwriter, (dark) ambient, classical music, uplifting trance, folk, dark cabaret, punk, some hiphop ...
Music that usually doesn't do it:
- metal: brutal death metal, "-core", ...
- other: techno, dub, funk, musicals, pop music since the 90s and most urban styles (r&b, club hiphop) ...
Despite the dislike for certain genres I still believe that every musical genre has its pearls hidden somewhere... and sometimes you stumble upon them, so don't take the above list too strictly, please.
